Summary/Abstract: The report is aimed at revealing the interactive nature of conducting as an organizational factor between the main constructs in the space of interaction with the musical art, the conditions in which they unfold and interact. An important part of the conductor's activity in organizing the space of interaction is the establishment of mutual psychological contacts and communication with the contractors, the exchange of information between partners in the creative act, as well as interaction and psychological impact. They are inextricably linked to each other and cannot exist isolated.
