Summary/Abstract: The main aim of this research is to provide an overview of the field, investigating how the servant leadership literature has evolved over the years and how this evolution is reflected in terms of both quantity and quality. A systematic literature review using bibliometric methods was conducted, employing various performance analysis techniques to examine the field's general characteristics. The co-word analysis technique was used to determine the field's conceptual structure. The findings reveal that the literature on servant leadership has developed quickly in both quantity and quality. Based on the increase in publication numbers, the field can be divided into two periods, each differing in performance indicators and conceptual structure. The Asia region notably contributes to the field. Additionally, in the second period, especially post-COVID-19, there is a focus on variables related to balancing employees' cognitive and emotional health.
