Hungarian civil organizations under double pressure

Summary/Abstract: The latest period has brought about considerable changes in the positions of the Hungarian civil sector. One of the most spectacular appearance of this have been changes in legal regulations, and as a less visible consequence, the financial situation of the sector has also transformed. Finally, the changes in the relation be-tween the government and the civil sector must be mentioned, which has led to the appearance of new “forms of behaviour” as well as to the emergence of new types of organization. This study aims to present some visible and some less visible symptoms of this process.
