Municipal Social Policy – Dimensions and Perspectives

Summary/Abstract: The article consistently examines issues related to the development of municipal social policy, local self-government and municipal finances. For the implementation of the adopted social policy, the municipalities develop the relevant social programs. Social programs can be financed both by local budgets and by non-governmental organizations or specialized funds. The provision of the relevant financial resource is one of the main conditions for the implementation of the Plan for Integrated Development of Municipalities.
