Formation of Individual Management Style

Summary/Abstract: Management practice is associated with the emergence of people, organizations and societies. Inevitably, any society, country, organization or group needs governance. Any human-made landmark requires an organized and coordinated effort. From small battles to World Wars, they are the result of strict organization, planning, consistency of action, coordination of people and resources. This implies that management science is constantly developing, looking for new universal or individual management methods adapted to new conditions. Often times the manager's problem of not managing effectively is rooted in not knowing HIMSELF. By knowing "himself", every manager can form his own effective management style. This report focuses on the main components in the formation of the individual management style.
