Summary/Abstract: Education is a basic commitment for every country to form a generation ready to realize, build and preserve what is created. Policies in education are aimed at direct transfer of knowledge from teachers to students, but also building skills for independent and critical thinking, for working in personal development teams. The financing of education is a key factor in achieving the planned activities of the Strategic Framework.
