Summary/Abstract: The objective is determined on the basis of the research and the interests of the of the teachers at the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Education, South-West University “Neofit Riliski” Blagoevgrad as well as the demand for and application of innovations in the educational process to increase its effectiveness. Our scientific and research intentions in the project proposal are directly related to the diagnosis of the sports-technical and physical training of students from the "Physical Education and Sports“ specialty. The complex training of future teachers in physical education and sports aims at forming knowledge, sports-technical and tactical skills of a type of sport, acquiring skills for planning and leading the educational process.
