Summary/Abstract: The rise of e-learning has revolutionised global education by providing unprecedented flexibility and access to resources for learners of all backgrounds. This digital transformation is particularly significant in foreign language education (FLE), where students face unique challenges such as language barriers and motivational issues. Procrastination, a major hindrance to effective learning, involves delaying tasks and can severely impact academic progress and well-being. Modern educational tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational apps, course design and educators can mitigate procrastination by promoting active engagement, providing personalised resources, feedback and aiding time management. This paper explores how these tools can address procrastination.
