Summary/Abstract: In the whole universe of man the need or mark of originality has become visible. For as long as the world has existed, the original work, the act that has transcended the banality of everyday life, has been a value. And that is no small thing, since we have within us the need to express our uniqueness, and those of us who do not achieve this creative uniqueness, at least we can recognize ourselves in the original masterpieces of the great creators, which are also universal, or, precisely for that reason, they are universal, because they are original. Any original work is the ineffable result of the synergy between Creator and creature, recognized or only supposed. When this synergy is recognized, the work is eternalized, it becomes a revealing pillar of fire for the history of humanity. If it is only assumed and the demiurgic- promethean vanity imposes itself, then the line of „original creations” imposed by the play of ephemeral powers, by despotic authority and utilitarian pressure opens up. In reality and with the utmost honesty, the fundamental and wholly Original Copyright is held by God alone, being the Only One who in everything He does never repeats Himself, neither in a snowflake nor in a drop of rain, continually building uniqueness and amazing novelties. We, by humbly sitting in this recognition, paradoxically, our creative springs of being are opened up and enlarged, masterfully transforming God's gifts and impressing them with something special that God Himself marvels at. It is the ineffable point of sincere and genuine encounter between Man and God from where the way is opened for man to god humanly in full accord with the One who god humanly and from where the most original works spring forth: without any claim to any copyright!
