Summary/Abstract: This article examines the development of fine motor skills in children between the ages of 3 and 7 through visual activities and how digital technology negatively affects motor development. The use of different techniques and materials in preschool art classes shows effectiveness in the development of fine motor skills. Many of the reviewed studies, on the other hand, prove that motor competence lags behind when using various digital technologies and especially those with touch screens.
