The aim of the manuscript is to draw attention to potential threats and the direction of development trends in the area of money laundering. The dogmatic and legal analysis is a reference point for identifying areas susceptible to cyber money laundering, as well as for indicating the methods, means, and techniques used by the perpetrators of this crime. The conclusions include proposals regarding legal solutions and actions that may contribute to a more effective fight against cyberlaundering.
