Summary/Abstract: This paper analyzes sexting among young people through health, criminological, and legal aspects, with a particular focus on patterns of digital communication, coercion, and the consequences of unauthorized sharing of intimate content. The research was conducted on a sample of 35 respondents who had experience with sexting. Using a survey questionnaire, their demographic characteristics, frequency and manner of sexting, use of dating applications, experiences with sexting coercion, and awareness of possible consequences and legal protection were examined. The results show that most respondents practice sexting with their partner, while a smaller number sent content to people they met online. Additionally, some respondents experienced sexting coercion and unauthorized sharing of intimate content. A notable finding is the uncertainty among young people regarding legal protection mechanisms. These findings highlight the need for further education and awareness-raising about the risks of sexting and protective measures.
