The purpose of the article is to present the importance and significance of administrative service as well as the provision of administrative services to users. In addition, it aims to outline the principles of administrative service in Bulgaria. Aspects and principles of e-governance are presented, which becomes a real and essential tool for the implementation of important public policies. It emphasizes the principles of digital transformation in Bulgaria, as digitalization enters business and public services, imposing new requirements on people's skills.
