Summary/Abstract: The article examines the cassation ground “lack of reasoning.” It clarifies that the lack of reasoning can be expressed in the physical absence of such reasons, as well as in cases where formal reasons exist, but they are so incomplete, unclear, or contradictory that they remain incomprehensible. Each of these defects in the reasoning is analyzed in detail.
