Summary/Abstract: Growth trend in the number of traffic participants makes insurance areas more demanding and involves more complex knowledge and recognition of different types of risks. This leads to the need for studying the mentioned problem, which becomes increasingly pronounced. The arrival of new products with new technological solutions enables the availability and transparency of the exchange of numerous information, above all the status of the participants in the vehicle traffic, which ensures to all participants a certain level of risk prevention, especially passengers, who now receive a different treatment in the process of regressing the injured person in case the occurrence of an adverse event. The development of knowledge and skills of risk detection leads the traffic participants to benefit and makes their application even more significant. Despite the lagging behind of the legal framework for socioeconomic relations, especially due to the development of products and services, the practice of the case leads to the equalization of differences and harmonization of procedures. In this context, work addresses the need to modernize access to existing legal solutions for all participants in traffic and continuing education for the purpose of implementing new products and technologies implemented. Road traffic requires more than a formally prescribed system, and it is necessary to study contemporary social, legal, technological and security aspects to prevent the harmful consequences of inadequate traffic access.
