Summary/Abstract: The paper explores how advanced warehouse management system (WMS) contribute to social responsibility and sustainability in a globalized business context, with a particular focus on the food industry. A case study is being conducted on a leading food industry to analyze the impact of WMS implementation on reducing carbon footprint emissions, optimizing resource use and improving working conditions. Through quantitative and qualitative research methods, the positive impact of WMS implementation on operational efficiency and supply chain transparency is shown. The results of the conducted research show that the implementation of WMS stimulates competitiveness and supports corporate sustainability strategies, pointing to long-term benefits for the company in terms of external environment and internal stakeholders. This approach emphasizes the importance of technological innovation in advancing ethical and sustainable logistics practices.
