We are increasingly witnessing that companies in modern operations face new challenges to which they must respond dynamically and creatively, as well as mobilize all available resources to maintain a competitive advantage, but also find ways to mobilize them as much as possible the creative potential of each individual in their ecosystem. It implies a new way of leading and managing companies, whereby the leader inspires his followers to follow his vision.
