Verbal aggression and aggressiveness of football fan groups in Bulgaria

Summary/Abstract: This article comments and analyzes a particular phenomenon in society – football hooliganism. It includes various forms of aggression, the main one that will be examined is verbal aggression and hate speech. The object of research are the football campaigns of the CSKA and „Levski“ teams and, in particular, their songs, through which they support their team or ridicule the opponent. The article focuses on the songs of campaigners and the social role they play in the implementation of certain behavioral and speech established patterns.
