Summary/Abstract: The pages of history of the Romanian nation are marked by religious and moral faith, feelings of patriotism and attachment to national values. The construction of the modern Romanian state was not easy, hence the multitude of those who stood out as heroes of the nation, true models of patriotic conduct and uprightness. Among the remarkable events of the political life of the Romanians in Transylvania at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century in the struggle against Austro-Hungarian dualism, the adoption of a political document entitled the Pronunciation and its subsequent publication, the establishment of the National Party of Romanians in Transylvania, and the trial of the Memorandists are worthy of mention.
