This study aims to examine the relationship between change fatigue and resistance to change. A questionnaire form was used, including general information, change fatigue scale, and resistance to change scales. Purposive and convenience sampling methods were used in the study. The questionnaire was sent to the healthcare professionals in the researcher's network and known to be working in the Tarsus district. They were asked to forward the questionnaires to their colleagues. A total of 178 healthcare workers were included. Descriptive statistics and hypothesis tests were conducted. There was a positive and moderate relationship between change fatigue and resistance to change, and 22.5% of the change in the variance of resistance to change was explained by change fatigue. Change fatigue and resistance to change did not differ according to the participants' general characteristics. It is recommended that health managers evaluate the change fatigue of employees and take measures to prevent resistance to change.
