Summary/Abstract: This study aims to examine the self-efficacy beliefs and positive schemas individuals perceive in their romantic relationships during emerging adulthood according to demographic variables. The study was conducted in the Konya province in 2023 with 438 participants, including 257 females and 151 males. In the study, the ‘Demographic Information Form’, Romantic Relationship Self-Efficacy Scale (SRSS) and Positive Schema Scale (PSS) were used to collect data. In the data analysis of the study, Mann Whitney U Test, Kruskal Wallis H Test, and Correlation Testswere used by using SPSS program. As a result of the research, significant differences were found between gender, income, relationship duration variables and positive schema; between marriage type variable and romantic self-efficacy. Perception of family happiness, romanticism, and positivity showed significant differences in both positive schema and romantic self-efficacy. Finally, one of the most important findings of the study is that as young individuals' romantic self-efficacy scores increase, their positive schemas also increase.
