Summary/Abstract: Education and learning was and remains a priority task of every society. Standard of one state is measured, among other things, by the level of education of its population. Despite all the problems that primary education is facing today, it is necessary to point out the necessity of moving from a pedagogy of teaching to learning pedagogy. We are aware of how much each of us needs the motives that drive the action. In this paper we have tried to show the importance of developing the internal factors of motivation on student achievement. We must find a way to offer students the access to such teaching content that will develop intrinsic motivation and desirable behaviors and reactions, and to indicate the student the importance of what he teaches and train him to learn easily and with pleasure. The paper is devoted to the study of motivational styles of students in relation to: 1) success in learning and 2) success in governing. Based on theoretical considerations, applied teaching methodology, analysis and interpretation of these findings we came up with a number of useful conclusions. The existence of motivational styles of students is a reality. Their relationship is linked to the success of students in learning and behavior. The time we live in is full of stressful situations. In what way a person will react to them and how to reach, in each situation, a benefit for the future depends on the educational dimension of motivation. As if our students are deprived of the teachers who aims to develop motivation, along with the proper ratio of its internal and external sources, will enter completely unprepared motivation in the adult world. Serve them what we never had - the school and the teacher who cares about development of students personality, not only to the teaching material.
