Summary/Abstract: Parallel with the rise of neoliberal perspective of world structure we can also notice the rise in numbers of authors that understands tourism from the point of positivistic theories and that research external effects of modern tourism. The most of authors focus their works on negative consequences of tourism on the society and nature. The dominant theories are theories of conflicts and clashes. In this work we would like to prove that tourism which is torn between different theoretical approaches undoubtedly belongs to the rules of norms and represents value orientation of society on the whole. We analyze the role of hospitality as value oriented fact that influence on the development of tourism. We understand tourism primarily as social phenomenon but also as a mix of interactions between people in the process of satisfying their needs outside the place of permanent residence. Presented forms of hospitality represents ideal form of interactions between the people in tourism process. If the main axiom of satisfaction is what is good, than the tourism is the subject of ethical thought. Only hospitality can cause that the experience of reality at destination is much better than tourist thought it would be. And this is the key to success in tourism.
