RESULTS OF EDUCATION OF WOMEN REPRESENTATIVES OF POLITICAL PARTIES AND ELECTED WOMEN REPRESENTATIVES OF AUTHORITIES IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

Summary/Abstract: Empirical findings indicate that Bosnia and Herzegovina is certainly not a society in which ladies are gladly seen in leadership positions. At the same time, it is evident that women and significantly start to participate in sphere of politics and professional activity. Probably more than other political factors, women engaged in politics need quality transparent and timely public relations. Therefore, it is right time to ask What is real significance of communication in Bosnia and Herzegovina?; How to communicate? and Which message to send? And to answer considering female subpopulation in politics in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Those and related questions have been consider during of eight sessions in the frame of education of women representatives of political parties and elected women representatives of the authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, initiated and implemented by the Independent University of Banja Luka and Supported by Norwegian Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This paper purpose is presentation of experiences, methodology and methodic aspects, attendances personal impressions and Educations effects. Paper includes analyses of six Education sessions, realized in period from April, 2013. till February, 2014, with 434 participants. Triangulation technique (technique of combined methods) was applied in results considerations. Related to overall findings analysis Education program was successful and besides educational it contains pragmatic value too.
