Summary/Abstract: The subject of complex analysis in this article is a scientific theory and elements of its structure. The paper does not problematize the different attitudes of many authors who are in that part of epistemology and methodology is very evident, even diametrical. The author of this difference, therefore, does not problematize already is and explains his own views, and those attitudes for which it considers most appropriate. The author does not problematize not different views on the definition of the theory of science, but in the introductory section gives two typical definitions; First, the theory of science in general and the other on scientific theory, that is the kind of theory that has an objective, scientific character which allows a deeper engagement towards finding out the reality. Scientific theory, then, classified into six elements: These are subject to the basic concepts (vocabulary), basic attitudes, and principles and postulates, hypotheses, scientific laws and theorems. All these elements of the structure, then, analyzes, and explains problematize, and then specifies the science of international relations. The focus, however, on the hypothesis that still represent the most controversial element of the methodology and science in general. Hypotheses the author himself approached cautiously, but with clear views of the definition, through the explanation of the basic characteristics to the comparative analysis of closeness and differences between these hypotheses (especially in the social sciences) and scientific theories in general. Laws also problematize and unequivocally expressed the view that they appear in every (object, process), without a doubt, there are. The paper proves and disproves skeptic‟s opinions that are particularly important in the social sciences.
