Summary/Abstract: The institutional framework for consumer protection is becoming increasingly important today, as the emergence of online marketplaces in addition to traditional shops has made it necessary to provide more information and assistance to consumers and, at the same time, to guide traders. The main objective of this paper is not only to provide an overview of the regulatory system but also to provide a consumer protection perspective on the consumer behaviour that is not conducive to complaints and to explore the possible reasons for this.
