Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to perform a comparison of two methodologies used in project management and project work. It first describes the basic characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of both methodologies to facilitate reaching certain conclusions. Then, it derives specific conclusions through a cross-comparison.
