Summary/Abstract: We all know that eating healthy is the first step to good health. The eyes also need special care. The natural way in which we can obtain the necessary substances is through the appropriate daily menu. The project on the topic "Food for the eyes" is aimed at studying the properties of food products and their components, as well as their effect on eye health and the quality of vision. The current problem related to visual impairments in people in the modern world is examined and analyzed, and a list of foods beneficial for vision that can be consumed every day is also indicated, and their composition is also characterized. The studies from the project can be used in biology classes in the 8th grade topic "Visual sensory system".
