Summary/Abstract: This study examines the interaction between the educational institution, parents, and family members, highlighting its significance for student development. The research focuses on pedagogical practices that successfully integrate the family into the educational process and demonstrates how active communication between educational teams and parents leads to improved academic outcomes and social-emotional well-being. Through the analysis of specific examples from practice, successful cooperation strategies are demonstrated that not only strengthen the relationships between school and family but also encourage parental engagement in their children's education. The proposed model for the transformation of interactions offers ideas that can be adapted in various contexts, creating a more enriching educational environment for all participants. This model emphasizes the necessity of active parental involvement and anticipates mechanisms for feedback and assessment of collaboration. In conclusion, the study highlights the importance of innovation and adaptability in pedagogical practices that reflect the dynamics of contemporary society and the needs of students, thus preparing young people for successful integration into the future world.
