Summary/Abstract: Professor Pedro Jesús Teruel organized a Kant Congress at the University of Valencia, intended to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the philosopher’s birth, with a theme encompassing a wide variety of Kantian subtopics. For the organizing team, he chose to work with Alejandro Lis del Cerro, Sandra Navalón, María Pitarch, Juan Pablo Garcia, Pere Gallego, Paca Burrull, and Mercedes Valle; in turn, they selected a group of friends to assist them: Iñigo Baca, Julián Martinez, Javier Castillo, Carlos Castelló, Ignasi Verche, and Miguel Gramage. Alongside the enthusiasm of these young people, the maturity of the leadership of the Faculty of Philosophy and Educational Sciences of Valencia also played a key role, as did the institutional and financial support of the following institutions: Universitat Valencia, Kant-Valencia, EsKaNT, Generalitat Valenciana, Ajuntament de Valencia, Museu de Belles Arts de Valencia, La NAU, Tirant Humanidades, and Catedral Valencia. The academic part of the program took place in the mornings and afternoons, while the evenings were dedicated to cultural events, carefully and skillfully organized by the host team.
