Summary/Abstract: The paper is based on field research carried out at Kraljeva Sutjeska during 2008 as part of the project “Ethnological-folkloristic research of Kraljeva Sutjeska” organized by the Department of Ethnology of the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Also, in 2023, additional research was carried out, with an attempt to reach the informants from 2008, but some of them were no longer alive. Nevertheless, a few records of the bećarac have been preserved, which represents a new contribution compared to 2008. During the first and second field research, several dozens of lyrical songs were collected, and the focus of this work is the presentation of six variants of one song, three of which come from the area of Kraljeva Sutjeska while the other three had been previously recorded in different parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Analytical and interpretive methods of text representation were used in the paper.
