Summary/Abstract: This article presents the cultural differences as a value because of their socio-cultural importance contributing to the cultural diversity of our nation, promoting tolerance, mutual respect and respect for human rights. In the process of socialization of elementary stage students, the role of asquisition the cultural standards set by the environment is defined as important. It is accepted that the intercultural education has the mission facilitates the social inclusion of students by forming a value attitude towards cultural differences. In this regard, the regulatory framework for the development of intercultural competences, according to the State Educational Standard for civic, health, environmental and intercultural education is considered. As a field of application of the intercultural education of elementary stage students for the affirmation of cultural differences as a value, experiential learning in conditions of connectivity between formal and informal environments is presented.
