Summary/Abstract: THE NATIONAL COMMERCIAL LAW CONFERENCE STANCIU D. CĂRPENARU, held on November 14, 2024, reached its 4th edition, already becoming a tradition in the landscape of Romanian legal scientific events. The conference was once again hosted by the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, taking place in the Constantin Stoicescu Hall before a large audience, both through the presence of attendees in the hall and online participation.
