57. Action by which the claimant challenges the Pension Fund’ decision to deny the certificate attesting that the claimant worked in higher work groups

Summary/Abstract: If the periods of work performed in groups I and II of work are not included in the workbook, they can be proved with a certificate issued by the employer or the archive holder, and said certificate must contain the indication of the administrative act based on whose employer has specified the employees who fall into the work group. The pension fund cannot verify why the employer made such a classification and cannot claim that the group classification was made incorrectly.
