Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the essential role of organizational culture in achieving effective management in film studios. It analyzes how a well-defined and positive organizational culture can improve employee collaboration, creativity, and productivity,leading to the successful realization of film projects. The study highlights the key elements of organizational culture, includingshared values, norms, and practices, and examines their impact on the overall performance of film studios. By analyzing casestudies and industry examples, it demonstrates the importance of fostering a strong organizational culture, which can address common challenges in the film industry, such as high staff turnover rates and communication barriers. The findings suggest that the film studios that prioritize and cultivate a robust organizational culture are better positioned to achieve sustainable success and maintain a competitive advantage in the dynamic cultural entertainment landscape.
