Summary/Abstract: The analysis of this document shows that the preliminary Draft Statute of Vojvodina often and gravely violates the Constitution of Serbia, and can thus be very harmful to the constitutionality and legal xxx in the Republic of Serbia. This document is also full of various technical and professional flaws, which show that its authors are not very likely to have more than elementary education in the field of constitutionality.
