Summary/Abstract: Music has been and is an inexhaustible source of positive effects. Its effects on the human body have been traced in countless studies and still continue to surprise us with new discoveries. From studies showing the effects of music in healing physical ailments to studies showing the effects of music in healing mental ailments. Ambient music is one of the elements that brings a rich positive contribution to what is a suitable learning environment. In this context music is an external factor impacting on internal conditions that optimise learning. The climate provided by ambient music in the classroom contributes one step towards effective learning
