THE LEGAL PLURALISM AS A CONCEPT

Summary/Abstract: The article examines pluralism from the point of view of law. The admission of opposing views and ideas is placed in the context of the development of legal systems. Comparative legal aspects of the historical and cultural context of pluralism are presented. The purpose of the publication is to emphasize the need to study pluralism between legal systems as a form of interaction between them and the role of legal theory in defining the concept of legal pluralism
