Summary/Abstract: This study analyzes the reflective loss in corporate matters, providing an answer to the question of whether a shareholder has the right to obtain direct and separate reparation of the damage caused by diminishing the economic value of its participation in the share capital (individual reflective loss), as a correlative effect of a damage suffered by the company in its business activity (corporate loss).
