Summary/Abstract: This article offers a comprehensive analysis of theological education in Romanian Pentecostal communities, combining biblical insights with an institutional examination of the specific educational system. It presents both global and local perspectives, using an exegetical and hermeneutical approach to explore the role of education in Pentecostal theology through texts such as John 14:26, Acts 20:20-27, and 1 Corinthians 2:6-16. The study also briefly examines the educational structures of the Romanian Pentecostal Church, including its Department of Education, the Pentecostal Theological Institute in Bucharest, and regional seminaries. The main aim is to highlight the interplay between theological education and spiritual formation in shaping faith and communal identity.
