Summary/Abstract: The paper addresses decontamination as a system of troop protection in the event of a risk of contamination in functional and task terms. It presents the analysis of technical equipment and decontamination procedures in the Polish Armed Forces and NATO. The concept of a modern platform for liquidation of chemical, biological and radioactive contamination has been described.
