Motivation in art education in the lower secondary school stage

Summary/Abstract: In recent years, a number of alarming phenomena have been increasingly observed in Bulgarian schools in connection with the behavior of young people towards educational activities. Among educators, there is an opinion that a significant number of students demonstrate a negative attitude towards the educational process, come to school without prior preparation, and systematically violate discipline in class, which indicates a regression in their motivation.
