Aspects of the time organization in “Six portraits of one image” by Ivan Spassov

Summary/Abstract: The article presents some of the main features of the compositional structure of “Six portraits of one image” by Ivan Spassov. It discusses also aspects of the characteristics of notation, which Spassov uses, of the part of silence and of how the construction of the form and structure of the texture influence over establishment of interpretation of the time organization in the cycle. An analysis is made of all mentioned elements. On the basis of this analysis are given directions and concrete possible variants of interpretation.
