Summary/Abstract: The implementation of the Basic Rules for Processing Archival Materials and the ELZA application at the Masaryk Institute and Archives of the Czech Academy of Sciences (MÚA) began in 2021. This initiative aims to standardize archival descriptions, improve data management, and integrate with national information systems like PEvA and CAM. The ELZA software, developed in collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior, supports the efficient processing and publication of archival materials. The project also addresses the migration of existing data and the creation of new archival tools, ensuring long-term sustainability and accessibility.
