Summary/Abstract: “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” can be analyzed as a result of emotions both in the cultural and historical context of creation and reception and as a product of emotions – both in terms of its cultural context as well as its history of creation and reception. In the present paper we are going to discuss the variety of the emotional subtext and issues of expressing them. There are also some interesting questions to debate: Can we, nowadays readers find any common interest with those who lived in 19th century? Can we build a connection between us through the emotions, values expressed by the book?
