Summary/Abstract: This article explores the importance of the right to a healthy environment in the context of contemporary educational values, religious pluralism and the challenges of individualism. By integrating relevant legislation, including the Romanian Constitution, the Law on Environmental Protection, National Education Laws and other national and international normative acts, the article emphasizes the essential role of education in the formation of environmental awareness and social responsibility. It also addresses the contribution of religious pluralism to environmental protection by promoting a balanced understanding of the relationship between man and nature. Education is presented as a fundamental tool for achieving a sustainable balance between individual rights and environmental responsibility.
