Brief x-ray of the latest discrete amendment proposals to the Law on Administrative Procedure adopted by the Romanian Parliament at the end of 2022

Summary/Abstract: The article analyses the most recent amendments to the Law on Administrative Procedure which were approved by the Romanian Parliament at the end of last year and are currently challenged before the Romanian Constitutional Court ahead of their entry in force. Although apparently minor, the amendments target among the most used and relevant provisions of the Law on Administrative Procedure: art. 11 (the limitation term for filing the claim), art. 14 (the stay of the enforcement of the act) and art. 15 (the request for stay through the main claim).
