Summary/Abstract: The Romanian Justice System has been through a series of changes in the last few years since the country’s accession to the European Union in 2007. A key Ministry in terms of reform improvement has always been the Ministry of Justice. This paper will have an attempt at noting the main milestones in the Europeanization process of the institution and the effects it had over the National Anticorruption Strategy and the Supreme Council of Magistracy.
