Summary/Abstract: The article presents an image of online consumers, diagnosed on the basis of individual in depth interviews conducted with e-customers. Afterwards, the image is compared with a picture of online consumers that emerges from available statistical data. It allows formulating a few marketing tips for e-retailers.
