Summary/Abstract: Human society is inconceivable without the exchange of property, services, and values. The intention of Islamic law is to ensure that this exchange occurs in a transparent and fair manner, with the consent and agreement of all parties involved. In this context, Islamic law prohibits the conclusion of contracts that contain uncertainties that significantly affect the outcome of the contract, as these can become a source of disputes and conflicts. However, some uncertainties are of a transitory nature and are revealed over time, becoming known to the contracting parties. This paper addresses this particular type of uncertainty and its impact on contracts from the perspective of Islamic law.
